EVENT REVIEW: Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2014

29th April 2014

By Grace Price-Salisbury

At the three-day event, the Knight Knox International Exhibitions Team guided investors through our remarkable UK property portfolio, offering a wide range of well-sourced investment opportunities in both the buy-to-let and student markets.

With our stand situated in a very prominent position, we remained busy throughout the day and received a high amount of interest from potential investors, including two sales on the day for X1 The Studios in Liverpool, in addition to a number of enquiries still to follow up.

As a UK-based company, international events such as the Cityscape Expo allows our investors the opportunity to meet with members of the team face-to-face, allowing them to build up relationships with the company before they enter into investments.

Whilst at the show, the team were interviewed three times by local television stations who were keen to discuss the popularity of overseas’investments and how well they were being received by potential investors. Additionally, we also featured in an article in the Middle East’s biggest selling English newspaper Gulf News. This reaffirmed our position as a leading global property investment company, as well as assuring us that our brand and credibility continues to grow and is instantly recognized around the world.

Knight Knox International strives to attend events such as Cityscape in order to offer those investors who are unable to travel to the UK the same service we offer those in the UK. We were delighted to meet with so many potential investors, particularly as our team always takes the time to discuss any questions or queries which anyone might have had in person.

Having already attended the Dubai Next Move Live event at the beginning of the year, we are now looking forward to attending a further two Cityscape events in Qatar and Dubai, in June and September respectively.
