Today, Knight Knox unveil a brand new, minimalistic property investment website. The new site, featuring updated brand designs and the new tagline ‘property investment made simple’, comes off the back of an impressive period for the business, despite the current global pandemic.

Knight Knox are pioneers in providing high yielding properties designed for both tenants to live in and investors to own and specialise in both residential and student buy-to-let properties. The new website is designed with the latest software technology and custom programming to optimize both laptop and mobile functionality, and aims to streamline the user’s journey and make investing in off-plan buy-to-let property as simple as possible.

The launch of the new website follows an extremely impressive few months for the business. Despite the current COVID-19 pandemic, the UK property market has remained relatively stable and still offers a strong investment opportunity. Knight Knox have continued to thrive in this sector throughout the initial lockdown period and beyond.

The new website also happens to coincide with the company’s 16-year anniversary. Established back in 2004, Knight Knox have grown from humble beginnings in Worlsey to become an internationally renowned market leader in the property industry based in MediaCityUK.

During their 16 years in business, Knight Knox have launched over 100 developments with a total value of around £1.2 billion and sold over 110,000 properties to over 5,500 individual buyers in an excess of 110 countries. Alongside expanding their product offering, Knight Knox have diversified their services by creating sister companies Intus Lettings, yieldit and Qualis Developments.

Intus Lettings was created to let and manage properties on behalf of investors, and now operates nationwide – with a brand new Sheffield office opening imminently; yieldit focusses on the sale of tenanted properties – thereby eliminating void periods for the seller and generating instant income for the buyer; and Qualis acts as Knight Knox’s in house property development arm, with construction of two developments, in MediaCityUK and Sheffield respectively, on track for completion in Q4 2020.

Marketing Manager Samantha Jones has overseen the development of the new website and had this to say about the finished product; “Investing in property doesn’t have to be complicated and our aim over the years has always been to simplify the process for investors.”

“Over the last 16 years in the industry we have amassed an abundance of information that started to overcrowd the website and could overwhelm the user. The aim of the re-design was to produce a navigable site that still provides investors with the knowledge they need to make sound financial decisions.”

“In conjunction with re-designing the website, we also decided to give our brand a re-fresh. The Knight Knox brand is well known in the industry, but it was felt that a more modern, minimalistic design would reflect the status of the company.”

Martin Copeland, Managing Director at Knight Knox, said of the new website and impressive year; “We are continuing to innovate here at Knight Knox, just as we have for the last 16 years. The UK property investment market has grown tremendously, and we are proud to be at the forefront of the industry. This new website will make investing in buy-to-let property as simple as possible.”
