Knight Knox International Launches Chronicle House

Having already received the go-ahead from city planners, this refurbishment of a former Trinity Mirror printing room is set to be completed by next year’s student intake.

A solution to Chester’s urgent need for student accommodation, Chronicle House will provide 62 student beds in a city where the leading University supplies just 1,680 beds for its’ burgeoning student population of over 15,000.

Chronicle House is located in the heart of the historic city walls and lies within minutes of both the university and train station making it an ideal location for students.

Knight Knox International and Fortis Developments enjoy a strong track record of partnering to deliver student accommodation, having launched a number of developments in both Glasgow and Nottingham.
