Knight Knox International Reaches New Heights, Announcing a Record-Breaking 500 Sales in Q1 of 2013

A Limited Company since 2004, Knight Knox International provides investment and lifestyle properties to the private investor market in countries such as Thailand, the States, Germany, Turkey, Dubai and Egypt, in addition to an exclusive range of student accommodation and buy-to-let properties in the UK.

Since breaking the original target of 100 monthly sales back in March last year, the company has gone from strength-to-strength, hitting a succession of targets in the latter half of 2012, including 120 unit sales in July, 129 in September and 137 in November; staggering figures which resulted in the company recording over 1,000 unit sales for the year.

Starting 2013 off with a bang, sales for the first quarter of the year have hit the 500 mark, with 200 individual unit sales being made in February alone, traditionally one of the quieter months for property investment firms.

The figures we have achieved in the past six months have been simply staggering”, comments Knight Knox International’s Managing Director, Jeremy Knight. “My original target was to hit 100 sales in a month and, since hitting it, I am absolutely delighted with the results the team have gone on to produce”.

Knight elaborates on this sentiment further, saying “We have a fantastic team here at Knight Knox; marketing, sales, after-sales and support staff – they all play a crucial role in delivering what we believe to be the best customer service in the industry. By focussing on the customer and ensuring that we only supply the highest quality stock in the market, we are able to maintain our reputation as specialists in the property investment market and I am thrilled to see the company continue to go from strength-to-strength”.

Following on from the successes of the last three months, 2013 is shaping up to be a superb year for the firm, with a raft of new staff being employed in all areas of the business, including sales, marketing and aftersales, taking the total number of staff to 35.

This influx of new talent has led to a need for much larger premises to accommodate the growing team, so much so, that within the next few months, the company will be relocating to brand new offices in Salford Quays, enabling it to continue its expansion plans in a more comfortable environment.
