After seeing a record turnout at last year’s event, Knight Knox International promptly booked stands for this September’s show, which is ran by global exhibition organiser Cityscape Global, whose exhibitions’ the investment firm have proudly supported for a number of years, having attended Cityscape shows in both Egypt and the Middle East.

A true barometer of Middle Eastern investors’ surging interest in property purchases is the increasing size of Cityscape Dubai, which has been expanded by 50% for this year’s show, to meet the growing demand from attending visitors and exhibitors.

This surging activity in Dubai’s residential stock was also confirmed in a recent Jones Lang La Salle report, which stated that 2,200 units were added to Dubai’s residential stock inventory in the first quarter of 2013, highlighting the high demand for property in the tourist capital.

Alasdair Macdonald, a member of Knight Knox International’s Exhibition team commented: “We have attended a number of Cityscape Global exhibitions and they have always been extremely well attended by both developers and potential investors. We also find that cityscape global exhibitions are great for networking, which explains why the head of our agents network, Andrew Brassey, attended last September’s Dubai show and will also be in attendance at this year’s show, with a view to establishing partnerships with new sub-agents.”

At the show Knight Knox International will be showcasing two of its hottest investment opportunities from booth No 8F 05, including student buy-to-let development, All Saints in Sunderland and Liverpool residential development X1 The Quarter, in addition to other investment opportunities from its diverse portfolio.
