Adelphi Wharf Phase 1 comprises 205 large dwellings ranging from studios to three bedroom apartments in addition to a selection of premium three and four bedroom townhouses. On-site amenities including bicycle storage, a gymnasium, and secure parking on selected units.

Valued at £25.3 million, the development is perfectly located to give residents easy access to Salford and Manchester city centres as well as the redevelopment centred on Chapel Street which has created a superb new community in the city.

Andy Phillips, commercial director at Knight Knox, said: “The first phase of Adelphi Wharf is a fantastic addition to the Salford rental market.

“The city is suffering from a real shortage of high-quality homes and so we are not surprised at how well Adelphi Wharf has been received. The homes in Phase 1 are already proving popular with renters and we expect Phases 2 and 3 to follow suit in the future.”

Director of Fortis Group, Kieran Moore, said: “Adelphi Wharf Phase 1 is our third completed residential development in Salford and it is clear to us that the market is booming. We are delighted with Phase 1 and can’t wait to complete the rest of Adelphi Wharf and provide even more quality homes for the people of Salford in the future.”

Adelphi Wharf Phase 1 is the 21st completed development from Knight Knox and Fortis Group and their third residential scheme to be completed in Salford.
