X1 Students out in Force at University of Manchester’s Freshers Fair

1st October 2013

Showcasing sold-out development X1 Chapel Street, which is set to be complete for the 2014 intake, scores of students at the fair were impressed enough to sign-up to hear more about the accommodation, in hope of spending their second year living in the boutique studio’s on offer at Chapel Street.

Presiding over an extremely busy stand, complete with balloons and X1 branded cakes, which went down a treat, the X1 team witnessed a strong footfall at the fair, held on the 17th and 18th September, engaging with a large number of new students from the university.

Tireless marketing work such as this from X1 has ensured that its student developments X1 Borden Court and X1 Arndale House are 100% let for this academic year, leading to the assumption that similar fantastic letting figures for X1 Chapel Street are to be delivered, once the development is complete.
