Set to comprise 191 luxury homes, the tower reached its peak in a milestone marked by Knight Knox, X1 and Trilandium.

It is fully sold out and features a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments alongside two, three and four-bedroom family townhouses.

Residents will also benefit from a double‐height gym, a lounge, courtyard garden, entrance foyer and secure parking.

Samantha Jones, head of marketing at Knight Knox, added: “From the moment we launched the site, X1 The Landmark was a hit with investors. The location is perfect for both local residents and commuters, with excellent public transport links to the city centre and direct access to the motorway network.”

Melissa Green, operations director at X1, said: “The topping out ceremony celebrates a key milestone within the build, and we are looking forward to launching these apartments to the rental market.”
