This year has been incredibly special for us at Knight Knox, as we celebrate our 20th anniversary. Our goal to raise £20,000 for various charitable causes in 2024 has been met with enthusiasm and dedication from our entire team. We are thrilled to share that we have already raised almost £10,000 in our fundraising efforts.
Triumph at Strictly Learn To Dance for Bolton Hospice
One of the highlights of our fundraising journey so far has been participating in the “Strictly Learn To Dance” competition for Bolton Hospice. Two of our property consultants dedicated weeks to intensive training, and their hard work paid off as they were crowned winners. Their victory was not only a testament to their dancing skills but also a significant boost to our fundraising, contributing to our overall goal while supporting the vital work of Bolton Hospice.
Conquering Tough Mudder for Wooden Spoon
In July, our property team tackled the Tough Mudder challenge, a demanding 10-12 mile obstacle course. It was a test of our physical and mental endurance, and we were proud to raise money for Wooden Spoon, a children’s charity supporting disadvantaged children. Knowing that our efforts are helping to fund life-changing projects for vulnerable children and young people across the UK and Ireland made every muddy step worthwhile.
Looking Ahead: Charity Skydive and More
We’re not stopping here. Our next adventure is a charity skydive, which promises to be an exhilarating experience and another opportunity to support worthy causes. We have several other fundraising events planned throughout the year to keep the momentum going and ensure we reach our £20,000 target, and we can’t wait to get stuck in and raise some money for amazing causes.

Our 20th anniversary is not just about celebrating our success in the property investment market; it’s also about giving back to the community. We are incredibly proud of our team’s dedication and the progress we’ve made so far. Andy Phillips, our Managing Director, said,
