The completion was celebrated at an event hosted by X1, at which we attended along with Savills, Bridgestone, and Together Finance to launch the opening of X1 Cheltenham Place.
Cheltenham Place is X1’s 12th student accommodation development in the North West, and it sets a new standard in luxury student living. The development features 353 fully furnished apartments, including both studio flats and larger studios, all with premium fixtures.
